between 04:00pm to 10:00pm CET on Tuesday 03rd May 2022.
Experience peace, feel and hold peace internally
and radiate energy of peace.
Our goal is to hold during this time a continuous peace energy chain
and strengthen the field so that a peace wave covers the whole world
and reaches every human being.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS

1. HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE
There are two possibilities:
either OFFLINE or ONLINE VIA ZOOM.
The online PEACE CIRCLE energy room is open between 4.00pm to 10.00pm.
Register with your name and e-mail address to enter online and at the time chosen by yourself. You can register at any time, even shortly before joining, by clicking on the Zoom link (see above).
Soft music plays in the energy room and you experience the feeling of togetherness at one place, although no one can be seen. Everyone pronounces the prayer and feels inner peace for at least thirty minutes.
Alternatively, you can participate within these set hours without entering the online PEACE CIRCLE room. Pronounce the prayer at the beginning and remain in a state of peace for at least thirty minutes.
Everyone is welcome. The more numerous we are, the stronger the energy of peace will resonate. Please help to spread the message and invite other people to join.
2. PREPARATION
It is recommended to practice a short meditation or breathing exercise of your choice before joining BEING PEACE, which will relax and lead you into the inner space of your heart. Please find here some recorded meditations:

3. PREPARATION IN THE ROOM
Ensure to be undisturbed. It is advisable always to practice inner exercises in the same place of your home as simultaneously it charges your home with wonderful energy while practicing BEING PEACE.
Also, you can light a candle or an incent stick if you like.

4. MUSIC
You will be accompanied in the Peace Circle Zoom room by music, helping you to immerse yourself. Alternatively, you may play soft music; please do not play music with vocals as they can be distracting.
We genuinely recommend the ALBUM CALMA by Oscar Javelot & Frank Steiner. All four tracks are excellently suited. You can find these tracks on Spotify, on Apple Music and also one track on YouTube (caution of eventual interruptions from ads).
5. BE PEACE
To begin, invite your spiritual teacher or guide(s) to be with you and support you to BE PEACE and radiate PEACE.
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Let go of everything which isn’t needed now. Relax and know that there is nothing to do. It is sufficient to be simply yourself!
Neither images nor ideas are necessary. Breathe, be, feel your presence and expect nothing. Everything is already within you. You are!
Slowly and consciously pronounce the peace prayer. Now close your eyes and connect to your heart. There is nothing else to do than giving space to silence and inner peace.
6. CONCLUSION
After thirty minutes, express your gratitude to your spiritual guide that you invited at the beginning and open your eyes again.
